If you're reading this review and you have options other than TV Mount Now for your work, you're almost certainly better off just going with the other company. I thought I'd save a little money by going with TV Mount Now as the lowest quote, but I ended up wasting several months and paying for it twice in the end.
TV Mount Now is a fictitious name (or dba) registered to Eastern Electric & Security LLC, operated and presumably owned by Joe Petrick. While TV Mount Now surprisingly appears to have a number of positive reviews, I would urge you to google Eastern Electric & Security LLC and Joe Petrick as well as JPJ Home Improvements (a prior dba used by Joe Petrick) to see their record and history. Multiple 1 star reviews related to the kind of behavior I'll explain below, and possible criminal proceedings for theft by deception.
Neither Joe Petrick nor any of the above entities are registered with PA as Home Improvement Contractors. I have no idea whether they hold adequate insurance, but I would not bet on it. Because the business advertised as "TV Mount Now" is really Eastern Electric & Security and Joe Petrick, it is fair to consider those reviews and other resources.
I hired TV Mount Now to mount a 75" TV (which weighs approximately 80 lbs) in a location approximately 8 feet high above a mantel. Joe had not specifically confirmed he would have a 2 person crew and so I asked the day before the appointment if he was bringing 2 people, and he responded that he would be alone and need my help. Luckily I was available and able-bodied, but it struck me as strange - if I didn't ask him, was his plan to just show up to the job and hope someone could help? It is physically impossible to do alone.
Long story short (due to character limits), he did a poor job and said he'd come back to swap in a new mount and finish the job, but he had excuse after excuse when I tried to actually schedule. I even offered to separately pay a handyman myself to help Joe with the work (because he said he could not find a helper), even though the cost of fixing the defective installation should have been on Joe. I just wanted it to be done right and finished. No response or effort to figure anything out from Joe.
After sending multiple emails over a 2 week period with no response at all, I finally formally requested a refund. This was now at about 7 weeks after the original "installation."
He finally responded, stating that he would only refund either the cost of the soundbar mount (which I never received) OR the cost of the labor for the soundbar mount (which was never performed). How is that an either/or situation?? I believe I have a good legal argument for entitlement to a refund for those two items PLUS the cost of the TV mount (defective) and the cost of labor for the job (defective workmanship). I won't bore anyone with the details, but their website has warranty language that they are clearly violating.
In any event, I figured I'd just eat those costs and find someone who knew what they were doing, so I told him fine, just refund the cost of the products and labor that WERE NEVER PROVIDED and I will let bygones be bygones. After another round of delays and excuses, he did confirm that he would process the refund. But as I'm sure you could have guessed, he never actually did refund anything.
I ended up hiring another company to come and do the work. They were professional and sent out a crew of 2 people who very quickly and efficiently completed the work. I should have just used them in the first place. If you are reading this, you should hire another company to do your work. I sent a draft of this review to Joe and asked if anything was untrue, and he did not respond.

The day before a big snowstorm on a Saturday Joe picked up my call right away. He said he could get to my home that same day to mount my TV. And he did just that. His communication was great and his work was efficient. His measurements were precise and he also remounted my soundbar to my new TV without hesitating to increase the price. Good hearted guy with good conversation as well. I’ll be spreading his business to whomever needs it.

I would not even give this company a one star. I requested a full refund for services never rendered. It’s been since November 21 and Joe and his wife have yet to refund me. Joe sent me an email on December 8 agreeing to the full reimbursement and has yet to do so. Be aware not to pay for any services upfront especially to his wife via Venmo.
I paid for camera installation services on November 20, 2025, with an expected completion on November 21. After multiple rescheduling and repeated cancellations on the owner, Joe’s part, he finally arrived and changed the agreed upon camera set up and came unprepared to install solar panels as he stated they might not be the right ones after I sent him photos. After asking him to leave as he was not prepared to install the cameras properly, he proceeded to call me and cuss me out over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I will be taking legal actions against this company as I have yet to receive my full refund.

My guy was prompt, the cost was fair and reasonable, the work was completed safely and efficiently and in less than 30 minutes. He used the right tools, appropriate measurements, valued my input on placement and was just a real down to earth dude someone I wouldn’t mind having a beer with. After the mounting was completed he even made sure the tv was centered. I will 100% be calling for any electrical needs or wall mounts. It is a huge piece of mind to know this tv won’t fall off the wall.

I found this man on google, He came to my house to install tv and I called him back for a few services. He came a few times, worked and I paid after the work was done. He stopped every 30 minutes to go outside smoke and I never complained, I never asked for discount. Then he started going to smoke in the balcony and I never complained. One day I called him for a big job, He came on a Sunday, worked for 20 minutes and said He would come back on monday, he asked me to make full payment. I trusted him and I made the full payment. He never came back, he started lying and creating stories, etc.. I waited 2 weeks, I asked for my money back and never gave my money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A SCAMMER. I WILL REPORT HIM TO GOOGLE AND GO TO THE POLICE

Joe was extremely responsive and punctual scheduling my installation. It was a challenging job, with a difficult wire run through wood paneling over a fireplace. Joe took the extra time to fish the wire cleanly instead of penetrating the nearby bookshelf. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Quality craftsmanship for a very fair price!
